- Agree to keep your login information to yourself. If multiple users are found to be using the same login, the account may be terminated.
- Understand that while we attempt to update data throughout the day, some late changes in jockeys, barriers and track conditions may not be updated due to time constraints.
- Understand that though our ratings have proven to have great success in the past, no future winning strike rate can be guaranteed.
- Understand that while we do our best to have all information 100% accurate, small discrepencies in the data not affecting the overall rating may appear.
- Agree not to hold RaceRatings liable for any money lost betting using our ratings.
